Rochester Cathedral Carol Festival

In December, Medway Music Association offers Primary and Junior Schools the chance to take part in the Rochester Cathedral Schools Carol Services.

This is a wonderful and festive event which gives young musicians the chance to participate in rehearsals and a performance in the inspiring concert venue of Rochester Cathedral.

In 2018, over 1250 pupils from over 30 Primary and Junior Schools took part in the event and this number continues to grow each year.

The Director of Medway Music Association, Derek Blease, described the annual carol service, saying: "It is always a very special musical event, with the children rising to the challenge of singing in the Cathedral."
