On Saturday 19 November, we enjoyed another fun and festive afternoon at Rochester High Street's Christmas Lights Switch On event.

 

Local schools, colleges, universities, community groups and Medway schools wind bands came together to provide a wonderful selection and variety of performances including bands, choirs, solo singers and dancing.

Congratulations to all those who performed on stage in the High Street and outside the Guildhall Museum. It was a great atmosphere and we look forward to next year!

This year, performers included Medway Schools Wind Band and Training Band, Nancy and the Ragamuffins and Students from the University of Kent, Robert Napier Secondary School, Mid Kent College and Walderslade Girls School.
